banana smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 banana
1 orange or satsuma
1 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons natural yogurt
100 ml milk
2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon ground linseeds (optional)

Instructions

Blend in food blender or smoothie maker.

Can also add some summer berries (raspberries, strawberries, etc) for an extra kick.
