simple swiss chard

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

bunch swiss chard
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic, crushed
1 medium potato, cubed
salt
pepper

Instructions

1. Wash and cut swiss chard into inch long pieces including stalks.

2. Boil for 5-7 minutes in plenty of salted water. Drain.

3. Mix 2 tbsp olive oil and crushed garlic in a serving boil, add chard and season well with salt and pepper.

4. Add one boiled, medium potato cut into chunks.

Delicious served warm with grilled fish or calamari.
